The Brewery Guesthouse stands a few minutes’ walk from the Melrose main street and is surrounded by character laden, heritage listed buildings that, over the last four years have been lovingly restored. The Brewery’s original bottling shed (1895 to 1934) and then a shearing shed (1935 to 2018) has been transformed into modern and stylish boutique accommodation.

The key elements of the building have been painstakingly conserved, such as the stone masonry and original timber trusses, the galvanised iron, flooring and sheep chutes and wool table. The accommodation facilities of Jacka Brothers Brewery will provide a distinctive twenty-first century pizzazz and a unique historical experience. When booking the Brewery Guesthouse, not only will guests have a communal lounge space, but will have access to the four guest bedrooms, each with an ensuite, which will be much more than just a place to sleep.
